The Capitole, Toulouse.

Architect and painter Guillaume Cammas gave the Capitole facade its Neoclassical style with the famous pink bricks between 1750 and 1760, and it’s been listed as a historical monument since 1840. The 1990’s saw full pedestrianization of the square and it’s been Toulouse’s tourist local point ever since.

Bagpipes really do sound like you’re murdering a cat.
My party piece as a child in the 50's. Followed by Nobodies Child in the 60's.
What a beautiful voice brings tears to my eyes.
J'ai assisté en 1988
And what makes it even harder is that my mom said that we were all high steppers what is the highest ever and how do I do that too
Please ask him to do a step by step tutorial I feel like I'm bringing my ancestors to shame because I don't know how to do it at all no matter how many times I rewatch vids of others doing it
😅❤
When ever I see this I wonder what the origin of the steps mean
Very beautiful to watch
Beatiful💖💖💖🎶
Love this town, the people are wonderful too. Hard as granite but as friendly as can be. Where is the “Turra coo?”
The filming was about 20 years ago. Check Turriff Bothy Ballad Contest 2012 to see the Turra Coo at the corner of High Street and Main Street.
Power and grace, beautiful and inspiring
Wonderful👏👏👏
Haha I was trying to glimpse his man bits
ugh all those dudebros without a smidge of fine motoric skills running over tyres when they could be doing this
He kilt that.
My dad used to play this to me brings back so many happy memories ❤
He’s not wearing any underpants
Sometimes people get too far from their roots. I just do not see a gaelic warrior with pictish roots doing a dance of celebration. It looks like ballet dancing. What is the meaning of the Highland dance? The initial slow dance steps involve lots of leg shaking; symbolising attempts to shed the hated garments; the final faster steps demonstrating the joy of returning to the kilt when the ban ended in 1782. The Highland Fling - One legend associates it as a warriors dance of triumph following a battle.
❤️
Man, if I tried that I'd just hit my foot on the sword. I'm not Scottish, but my great grandpa was (from the highlands too), so it's interesting to see this
❤
I love the way your over the profit details :)
I'm certainly thankful that's not practiced here and making us look like girly boys
Wonderful. Legado hermoso. ❤
The original crip walk
It's the first time that I see this sort of dance, and it seems to have a great lot of steps in common with ballet. I could see passé, pas de chat, and many others. Makes one wonder who was inspired by whom. Aren't ballet steps are supposed to have come mainly from France?
What the hell is this? Dancing goat?
World champion? Which works his own? Jeez . Ridiculous.
Amazing!
That sporin looks a wee bit uncomfortable.
So beautiful ❤ my ancestors were scottish - this is absolutely lovely.
I don't believe this is a traditional "Scottish dance". This is gay choreography
I used to watch the dancing at the games and come home and copy it with two walking sticks instead of swords.
Excellent!!
Gaaaaaaay
Huh
Nice to have a quiet afternoon listening to my native tongue l was born at Aberdour house 85years ago so grew up listening to my father singing these lovely old songs he GORDON THOMSON from East mains PENNAN thanks for all the memories from canada
Almost brings a tear to my eye. The dance of my ancestors. Greetings from NZ 🇳🇿
That looks very difficult. Well done.
GOD BLESS SCOTISH PEOPLE AND SCOTLAND 🤓 HUGGS FROM FRANCE 🤓
No just no/bad just bad all together!
Nope. He has way to feminine of a step. This may look "nice" to the new age folks, but definitely gay.
